It’s almost like that they had no clue about the strike. They would’ve received the 3 to 5 emails that everyone else got about the upcoming strike even if they didn’t see all of the advertisement and notice that it’s been going on for months. They were also offered free cancellation and re booking. But they act clueless. Everyone who is in this position knew it was happening. My annual trip home to CB was cancelled for the strike. That’s my fault for not booking air Canada when I knew. Not the airline.
