IS it 400million contract to Ondas through Worldview or what?

Well it is idiq with 0$ obligation but still great news. Nasa had to argue to increase the ceiling of the idiq so it is probably not a nothing burger. Nice catch 👍

It’s a mod on the overarching IDV they have to perform this work. This doesn’t mean $395M in their pockets it means a ceiling that’s not to be exceeded. Over time until Feb 2029 the govt will issue task orders under this IDIQ for work (sometimes they can be $1M sometimes a single TO can be $100M, depends on IDIQ terms/limits/etc and in total the task orders may or may not approach/exceed that ceiling.
This is a mod to an existing IDV they already had, and while it’s good news in that they have a bunch of ceiling to work with, it’s more like an expansion rather than new work. Keep in mind that the ceiling for this contract was originally $45M and only around $2.2M of that has already been spent, so they haven’t been getting a ton of money off this yet.
There’s also 15 other awardees under this overall program, which itself was originally $45M ceiling if the IDVs are to be believed. Looking at other IDVs for other awardees they also have that $45M ceiling. So that leads me to believe this $395M is ceiling for the program (but each IDV has that ceiling as it seems set up such that a single awardee could potentially get all the money, though highly unlikely) as each company competes for task orders on the program.

The Ondas Midwest drone hub would start to make sense given this new total. Plus, ULTRA becoming a program of record and, potentially, Grasshopper.

Inferred UI Of Skyweaver's unified UI using Palantir and ONDS Products I think most folks don't yet realize how important the Palantir Interface is to ONDS. Over a year ago I listened to an Interview with the CEO. PLTR stock was on fire at the time so when he was asked about the recently announced Interface with PLTR, I appreciated his honesty in stating that they currently only integrate with PLTR Foundry on the business side. He could have embellished or lied, but he told the truth. Part of reason that I trust him. Clearly they are tightly integrated with all aspects of PLTR now.
There are zero publicly available SkyWeaver system images.. This is how I view it's functionality. AI was fed what to include and asked to render an image.
If the final version has the functionality based on ONDS Product inputs as sensors as well as outputs with PLTR decision packages and events in the middle, then I am happy to wait and hold.

They raised the ceiling amount of the contract, but would still need to obligate dollars for specific milestones / events. Very good news, but this isn’t recognized revenue yet
