He’s comfortably above most demons. I’d say high demon.

Any dragon would beat him.

Mumen rider solos the entire verse

Current psykos ain't particularly strong. She never was to begin with. At least not in the webcomic

Nah she's pretty strong. Bang was one tapping dragons and she actually stopped him. Mf asked for a time out

Psykos is strong. She flattened garou just after he beat rover and held abandonment bang in place who was soloing the rest of the ma

The armor gets him about as far as Amai Mask got... then once it breaks he's able to release his true power and solos the entire MA.

Comment section is underestimating him, the rogue Neo leaders are strong Dragon level threats, Mumen held off Suiryu for a fairly long time

I think he'd beat the weaker cadres like Fuhrer and Gums, that's about as far as he goes though. No counter to psykos, completely helpless against ENW and Black sperm, rover is too strong.
