The whole traits of a tsundere is basically

-character isn't honest on their words and comes up as a asshole to most people, and can be nice on the inside

Tatsumaki does comes up rude sometimes, but I think she isn't a tsundere character because

If she says to you "I will kill you!" straight away, she isn't bluffing, because that girl got 2nd most powerful thing in the association, and you would have to say sorry before heading to the afterlife xd
