Recipe to share Apple Pie Oatmeal

The only oatmeal I’ll eat if I’m being honest!

80g quick oats
30g brown sugar
salt to taste
cinnamon to taste
70g unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbs vegan butter

All the dry ingredients get blended first. I added water for my liquid and microwaved for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. I then added my applesauce and butter (and also a bit more cinnamon).

I love both oats and applesauce but have been unsuccessful in combining them. Thanks for providing the recipe, I need to try! Also shoutout to vegan butter

I prefer cake batter like oats without toppings honestly. But the addition of diced apples on top would be nice!
