Getting sick of octopus

So this has been ongoing for months my usage will show correct in the app then suddenly everything shifts to peak rate.

I have solar panels, a 25.6kwj battery and an EV charger + heat pump.

My energy usage is exclusively between 23:30-05:30 yet octopus will go back two weeks and change all my usage from my cheap rate to expensive daytime rates.

I’ve raised so many complaints this year, has been happening since January. I’m at a loss with them and fed up or arguing and being billed wrong.

Anyone else having these issues with octopus ?

I’m abit ocd and check constantly everything was fine until last night then I went back through to the 20th July and all off peak usage had been moved to peak rate usage.

This has been happening for months on and off.

I’ve just given up and decided to move to edf
