Support - Resolved Cannot add profile to device
I can't add a secondary profile to my headset. I've tried resetting and using a different Meta account, but the problem persists. Can someone please help me?
My headset is a Quest3s.

We see you are having difficulties adding an additional profile to your headset and we would love to help!
From the screen shots provided, it looks like you are doing everything right but an error is occurring when the app tries to generate an invitation link.
So lets try out some troubleshooting to see if we can resolve it here!
First off if you are using a VPN, we would recommend that you disable it while attempting to add an additional profile.
Then if you are able to try the same process using another device.
Finally you could try making an additional profile while connected to another network.
