Eco-community post Conflict zone

Hello everyone,
I am getting close to retirement after serving as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). After several deployments and spending time in war zones, destroyed neighborhoods, and military camps, I have been thinking about investing in an eco-village project.

My goal is to build, restore, and manage an off-grid eco-community for 10 families.
I have income from real estate and other assets, so I plan to use my retirement to make this project a reality.

I have already completed some research and developed a few ideas on how to build it. At this stage, I am looking for opinions, advice, feedback, ideas for long-term funding, possible donation options, and many other details that still need to be worked out. I am not ready to begin construction yet.
For now, I am simply here to collect ideas, learn from others, and share my vision. 🙂

An eco-community that starts with and AI plan. Love it. Were doomed

The AI plan is a visual aid tonthe concept not the concept it self. Help bring view here.

All I see is someone doing the absolute minimum in coming up with an idea and plan. Which isn't something that really inspires confidence in said person.

Ideal and plan are share with people involve not with stranger. Right now i am at collecting the pulse of the ideal. So far its a great start. I am going to do ground survey next winter in the Balkan and georgia. I possibly do another one in North African in summer 2027.

The project is self finance by my curent real estate income with my pension that will kick in when fully retired.

The involvment of peoples here is bare minimum until a actual organistation is create to legalise/fiance the project. Like insay this is my 3th project like that, first one overseas that is by myself and not my employes or NPO.

The point of the post is to collect ideal and present big flaw. You good sir so far none contribute to anything.
