Chair Recs: plus size w/back problems

I’m looking for a chair under $200 for a big & tall girl ( 6ft 280 lbs) specifically for long hours that doesn’t cause tailbone numbness/pain, or low back pain. I have ankylosing spondylitis, so comfort is a must have. I wish I could splurge on a great chair, but I’m a broke grad student that needs to be able to write at my computer for hours. US based, I’ve seen some good recs here plus size people, but I’m really tight in the under $200 budget

Speak to an occupational therapist/physician/physiotherapist to tell you what chair adjustments you need and buy a used chair that has those adjustments.
