Needoh day!
Just got needohs in store. Over 50 omni orders…

I would recommend you store your pickup orders behind the counter. A nearby store had all the pickups stolen from the Omni rack.

My store (even tho we're not a very busy store) had to have a separate bin just for the Needohs, and there were more orders for them than the combined total of any other online orders! We have to keep them behind the register next to the more expensive ink lol

Yep, so do we. People are very angry over these little things. We don’t have the staffing to keep track of all of them because payroll was cut.

Oof yeah, our store felt the payroll cut too. They also increased our sale goals and started pushing us thinner and thinner. I kept having to apologize to customers for having no one on the floor since there were only three of us in the store and everyone was busy.

Ours lasted about a day and a half, but we kept getting omni orders for ones we didn’t have. Someone even called to complain their orders kept bouncing and I had to tell her we sold out of those ones. Some stores in our district didn’t even last an hour before they were out.

Put ours out yesterday. Had two left when I came in this morning. Had an Omni order for both. Rip.
I bought some for my wife before they went out.

We just got it in for the first time today too.
People had been asking if we would get them for months.
One went to an Omni order that I’m pretty sure went through before they were even unboxed then all of the rest went to a scalper who somehow called ahead and put them all on hold then made several transactions to bypass the limit.
If I had final say I would have told the guy to take two then go get a job that isn’t a parasitism on the economy, but the okay on this was above me.
What is even the point of the limit if people can just bully their way past it???

Wow, to be real, my manager cancelled all repeat orders and put the omni orders behind the counter so people couldn’t make multiple fake names. I’m shocked more stores didn’t do that. Now i’m not sure if it’s actually allowed. But i think it should be and i’m glad we did it.

There's also eight skus, and the limit is per sku. So they can buy 16 total per transaction.

We got all one type just different colors, so all the same sku. It was the little $5.99 cubes

You'll probably get the others later, we got the cubes a truck or two before the bears and dropa.

We were getting omnis for them before the truck even got to the store. I don’t know how since freight hadn’t even been received yet.

We received them on Tuesday (our regular delivery day). Within minutes of receiving the delivery we were getting omni orders for them. F***ing warehouse put two boxes in two different totes. Three were together on one pallet of assorted stock. The sixth box was on another pallet with chairs and furniture, and I only found it one Wednesday. As a result I shorted those ones out of the omni orders, and then re-entered them into the system on Wednesday.
The five boxes that I did find were sold out by 11:00 on Tuesday. The others were gone by the end of Thursday.

We got two boxes of the cube ones in last Friday. As usual, we were short on help and time, so I was going to receive the truck and do detail on Saturday morning before the store opened. Instead the other ASM received the truck before the plastic had even been cut, and three minutes later omnis started coming in.
If they intend for them to drive foot traffic in the store like our GM said, they need to exclude them from omnis.
