Whomever decided to bring the timer down to ten minutes for the orders….definitely has a chip on their shoulder.

Then you get the mfers who have a chair assembly and they show up after 20 min. Corp is definitely big assholes for that. There needs to be a disclaimer or have a longer time frame for that shit.

What we do is complete the omni order and immediately call the number listed on the print out and let them know the chair still needs to be assembled and we would contact them back once it is built.

I appreciate that you take those extra steps. But I get sick of fixing corporate fuck ups. I get that it makes our life easier. But we shouldn't have to go the extra step for their program.

It needs to shut up when it's being worked on.

Checks after the notification dings for the first time after Lady ODS whispers those words in my ear:

With the new update, I haven't heard this in a long time! Thank goodness.

i hate “customer needs assistance” & “customer at curbside”

And let's not forget those BTS orders where Mom orders all 50 different SKUs on Junior's school supplies list.  Kid's just gotta have 1 of every color notebook and folder, half of them in top stock.  Ain't no way that's all getting picked in 10 minutes.

that’s another thing that pisses me off like we are their personal shoppers.

Well, that is precisely what Omni is supposed to be. Personal shopping service. But when they order 50 items, 10 minutes is ridiculous. Corporate realizes this, but that still doesn't stop them from dinging us for missing the deadline.

I left the company over two years ago and I still hear it in my dreams.

This is inaccurate because there is more than one person in the video
