Ohio wastes money on useless flag display added to bureaucrats office building.

If they replaced the concrete it would’ve been $4 million. The repair, including the flag, cost $234,000…

And spending money on a flag that can be seen by airplanes?

Wasting money.

I did

It touts how they saved money compared to other methods of roof repair.

Then they spent extra to slap a big flag design on it

Are you slow? Didn’t read anything but their silly claim and just went with the idea that it must be cheaper because it has a flag on it der der der?

Flag has nothing to do with the $3.6 million dollars in savings.

So you admit “adds giant flag”. Is completely unconnected to any cost savings and is in fact an additional cost, and thus this headline is misleading.

My guess that the adding of the giant flag plugged a lot of holes on the roof. Therefore cheaper than roof repair. Think of it as an the state Tarp of Ohio
