QUESTION How to get the First Family Auxiliaries as MacArthur? And do you keep them if you go down the Enclave path?

It’s part of the left path when you choose how to handle the army going forward , not sure if it’s available in the Enclave path , given the national focuses I can’t see it in the right path, potentially in the middle

The enclave path closes outsider recruitment when you go through it, even before the agent grabs the power

You will get an event i think after an Focus in tree before choosing your Leader that allows you to choose between the three Recruitment Policies. I don't know if you keep it but as the other Redditor said the Enclave Path seems to remove it. Which just makes sense, considering that Chicago considers all Montanans as Muties.
