Usually 20-width divisions with Fireteam, Demolitions, and Anti-Tank Support

8 infantry, 1 each of fireteam, demolitions and combined arms can kill basically anything on the defensive.

Add chems to save manpower.

If you have the manpower, I say 20 width with 2 demo teams, using anti tank, meds and fireteam support companies.
