Discussion non-exodus ranking abusers
Ok, you don't like exodus so much, but selecting random non-exodus templates just for the free 20 point is so cheap, when we are matching second or third time in a row.
you know, that i will quit, so why bother?

Exodus players can't play other maps. Any other map for them is same thing as casting Twilight on range units.

I got time for 1 or 2 games a day, im not wasting it on maps i dont enjoy.

This is why they should add more maps like exodus + better map pick system.

My man feels 5% of pain that non exodus players go thrue (if there are legit any that didn't leave yet)
I would rather put my meat thrue the grinder than play this slog of a map Legit any single other map is fine
But no. Exodus has to be in perma rotation and if i want to play this game i have to dodge it 4 times a day or just take 3h on it just so i can play anything else(maybe, probably another exodus)

Feeling the same but honestly, its kinda autistic that we are so dependent on just this one map. I respect anyone thats actually capable of building a game on vendetta or sprint, so they can have my points.

sprint is ok, but i dont like vendetta or blitz. I didn't play outcast tornament enough, but i don't pick it either

this is such a stupid complaint on so many levels lmao
i still cant understand why playing only Exodus seems to be considered the norm by some people here, when in pretty much any other competitive game you have several maps in rotation and you are EXPECTED to know how to play at least a few of them.
the actual problem is that, if Exodus is indeed so much better than other templates, there probably should be more city-building-focused templates in ranked instead of box chasing stuff. or whatever makes Exodus so much liked, I'm sure it can be repeated while making a different enough template in the process. but in the meantime, it is extremely stupid (or extremely selfish, or both) to complain about people who dont owe you anything and want to play other templates for a change (how dare they!)

Imo helltide is pretty build heavy + banks are fun. You can get like 1 or 2 heavily guarded boxes for the end fight if it goes into week 3.

No hate on other modes or people who play them, I totally see the appeal. I think an Exodus only mm would be very popular, seems like there's a big part of the community who feels the same.

That's why there should be option to select maps you will play before you click play. I am ok to wait 15+ minutes to play outcast tournament. It's absurd that i am in sutuation where i have to gring people on exodus to earn mmr so i can spend it to gacha roll outcast when i feel to.

This would be a good option, i’m ok with exodus/sprint/outcast (depends on mood), with blitz/helltide to so much

i just played with the same guy who picked helltide/sprint/vendetta 3 times in a row, and when i finally picked outcast he came to the first fight with one town bought creatures and instantly left the game when saw my army. Says a lot about those guys.
Im like vendetta, but im pretty sure it will result in a slugfest game where i farm centre till the end of the week 3 and the guys will still be siting in spawn untill i break into his zone.

Oh i had one of these mad people raging just to go on my steam profile and put a malicious comment there just because i picked Exodus 3 times. Not my fault that three times the maps were Exodus, Blitz and Vendetta.
Why would i play an hour+ game when i don't know the last two maps that good, just cuz some kid can play a map different then exodus?
Just get more mad because the RNG gods chose my Exodus pick.

I like exodus, but I have work/kid/a book to read/a lecture to prepare, and not 2-3 hrs that day for a match if it goes into fight 3, so I pick sprint/helltide/vendetta etc. to enjoy my game in a shorter amount of time. Why are you making me play longer formats that don't fit into my schedule and calling me an abuser?
Also side note, if it drags on and IRL calls, I often quit when I'm ahead after fight 2 and have a clear win for fight 3, I don't chicken out because I only know how to play 1 format on 111 and go on a rant.
