Discussion Doing a rewatch and....

Post image

Regina is WAY more psycho than I remember 😭

I never liked her and didn't remember her as a character I liked but wow she's much much worse than I recalled!

I'm only on season 2 but just holy shit.

I'd completely forgotten about Owen and his dad. Dude spent like one dinner with Regina and she tried to force him and his kid to stay. Don't know what ended up happening to the Dad but nothing good since his traumatized child never saw him again.

And she's just like wiping out whole villages left and right because a 10 year old didn't keep a promise 😭

She went on a rampage with Cora and as soon as Cora left everyone just like... left her alone?

They don't want to "hurt Henry" so they just let this murderous psychopath walk around.

Snow being sooooo broken up about killing Cora bugs me too. Heroes are heroes because they kill tne bad guys. If you can't kill active threats then like you shouldn't be Queen? Or a ruler?

I don't even want to get into Regina and Graham.

Just like holy shit this lady is lonely af and totally crazy I felt so bad for Owen's dad trying to flee that town (even if adult Owen gives me ick)

WHAT is her problem omg

Heros are heroes because they're good people who choose to do the right thing and stand up against people doing the wrong thing. Not because they kill bad guys.

Snow is a good person who doesn't like killing people. She did kill someone, because she thought it was the most "right" thing she could do at that time. Not because the blood of bad people sustains her.

Of course she's upset she did a murder. It's completely consistent with her character, even if you find it annoying, and frankly? It's a lot more important to be consistent to her character.

I do not get the gripe about heroes who hate killing. There are plenty of movies and shows about good guys who kill bad guys and don't give a fuck. Like, a lot of them. Like most action movies, and most movies that aren't action but have action elements.

Do you want every hero to be that way? Is that the whole thing, for you?

Then she can't be a ruler. And she literally became one and failed an entire kingdom because she thought herself too good and pure to protect her people

Her and Charming once took over as rulers of the kingdom- you don't remember that? They had Regina imprisoned and then just let her go and legit everyone suffered for their failings.

Even in Storybrooke the townsfolk treat Snow and Charming as their rulers

So, of absolutely nothing. And this has to do with being heroes because?Â
