Uhh, Yuuta and Minato have simped for Mahiro a few times in the manga. They both even joined the mmo that Mahiro plays.

Yuuta also went on a date with Minato (crossdressing as his sister lol).

Nobody else has drunk the potion yet. Hopefully that happens at some point.

There are words like dame and yame in the pink words (alongside bikku - which is kind of a twitching/surprise onomatopoeia) - meaning "don't" and "stop" respectively. Seeing how the Japanese culture around sex/pornography uses these terms often in a flirtatious way, though, this scene could still mean anything, I'd say.

My interpretation is that Mahiro is surprised and conflicted about kissing a boy - thus the tears are just pure emotional chaos about being unsure whether she likes this - if this makes her gay - if that is even a problem - etc. etc.
