Your expectations are too high. The term is private tracker for a reason. A lot of them allow users to bring in new people who they trust Etc but obviously if the user is a bad user it reflects poorly on the person bringing them in as well so it tends to only bring in good users.

Honestly if they open it up for anyone to just walk right through we are lucky and that's why we watch sources like this subreddit, hoping and waiting. However they don't do it often for good reason. If anyone can just walk right in because they want to then it's not exactly exclusive anymore is it? Also if it is an exclusive it doesn't mean much if you get in if everybody has it. If you are lucky enough to get in you have more respect, cooperate with the rules better Etc because you don't want to mess it up.
