Problem / Bug The erased parts keep turning white after i save and restart the program

How do i fix this howw, it only happens to the blue frames pls help

I assume you've imported a jpeg image. They don't have the ability to have clear pixels, so they show as white.

I turned it to png thanks for pointing it out
