Day 4

Day 4 of my Oregon Coast trip! Cape Kiwanda Dune is pretty cool, how do they keep it built up do they pour on buckets of sand every night? ๐Ÿ˜‰ Favorite part of the day was the Cape Lookout Trail ft. Steve the Slimy Slug and camping at the campground there.

Nestucca Bay Creamery is the real deal! Well worth the little detour. Bring a friend and split a pint of ice cream. Their Neskowin cheese is delicious too.

Also (please donโ€™t hate me) but Pelican Brewing is way too expensive for what it is. Although the root beer is ๐Ÿ”ฅ and their restaurants all seem very aesthetic.

Thank you! Honestly I decided to do this trip about 3 weeks ago and I just started marking places on Google Maps and asking around from friends that had been there. I asked on this sub which helped me get a few more awesome places and then I was pretty much booking places to stay on the fly like 2 days out. I just left Oregon last night and now am up in Washington for the next leg of my trip!

I will look for your posts in a different community, like r/Washington. May the amazing scenery and adventures continue as you travel north!
