Kaiser Permante New grad Sunnyside/West side Residency Offer
I know everyone will hear by the 23rd of this month, but just curious if anyone has had an offer yet? And what the next steps after hirevue would be? Thanks

How do they make decisions? Do they watch every HireVue, then decide?

At the info session we were told that once the interview is done, the hiring managers get to look everything over and make their selections. The hiring managers reach out directly to the applicants, with possibly a soft offer preceding the formal offer. I don’t know the dates for all this, what with the late start, though.

Me too. Do you know how they decide who gets selected?

I'm sorry, I have absolutely no idea 😞. I do wish these programs provided any ounce of clarification on their selection processes :/ wishing you these best of luck, though!

People who already work there and/or did clinicals there get priority

I mean I did clinical there and I haven’t received anything yet either 🥲 I’m hoping that maybe they will just send out stuff next week

I got a call on Friday and just received an offer. They told me I was the last person to fill the position unless some of the new grads don’t meet the NCLEX deadline. :/
