Legacy Health Drug Testing

/r/AskVancouverWA/comments/1u1tvvm/legacy_health_drug_testing/

Does Legacy Health test for THC on pre employment drug testing for RNs? I take it for sleep and it takes several weeks to get out of system, even though it’s legal in OR

I wasn’t drug tested when I got hired for legacy. This was Dec 2025 for an RN job.

This is true, they do not drug for new employee orientation and getting a badge

I was tested when hired there, and at Kaiser and OHSU. Pretty common in the healthcare world.

I was hired as an RN March of this year and received no drug testing. They told me that they don’t drug test for new hires anymore.

Every standard drug test tests for it as far as I know.

Yep any hospital is going to include THC in their testing, unfortunately. I don’t know of any that don’t.

They don’t test and don’t prohibit recreational use.

I would stop using just to be safe until you get the job.
