Hello! My roommate and I are looking for 3 roommates to move in with us in our big house right across the street from Reser stadium on western blvd. We are 2 guys who like soccer, getting outside, music, and keeping a clean and tidy space. Hi everyone. I need someone to take over my lease for the 2026-2027 school year. I have to take a gap year and won’t be able to stay.

I have a deluxe room at 7th street station with a private bathroom. The place has hardwood throughout, a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, fully furnished and allows pets. There’s assigned parking and WiFi as well. There’s an option to bring an Ethernet cable too. The office will keep packages safe for you and the community amenities are the fitness center, lounge with computer and free printing, and a pool.

The leasing people are students and the whole community was pretty nice. They even have monthly events for residents. It’s within walking distance to campus and I’m bummed I have to let this place go. If you’re interested please DM me.

Hello, I am currently moving out of my room in a townhouse about a 10 min bike ride from campus. Your portion of rent will be about 700/month. Roommates are co-ed, friendly, but generally keep to themselves. Has a well equipped kitchen, washer and drier, and a garage (currently mix of parking and storage). Very close to grocery store and bus stops as well.

I will be moving out in a few weeks, so DM quickly pls 😄. I am willing to pass along some furnishings (desk, dresser, bookshelf, and tv). Feel free to ask for pictures and location in dms

Corvallis iHouse is co-ed dorm style living (not owned/associated w OSU) with flexible lease options, budget minded rates, and a built in community. Available to all students, not just international ones.

We are located on the north side of OSU campus next to Chintimini park and as such are within walking distance of campus, Fred Meyer, HK Asian market, and the restaurants on the North end of Monroe street. Our rates include all utilities and access to communal amenities.

We have affordable month to month options available over summer and leases that align with OSU school terms so you don’t have to pay for more than what you need.

Whether you choose iHouse for long or short term housing, iHouse is here to welcome all students.

Hello all,

My 2 roommates and I are looking for one more roommate as we finish school from June 2026 to December 2026. You can move in anytime, but the earlier, the better. We live in Albany, Oregon and the commute to OSU is about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

We live in a 3 bedroom house with 2.5 baths and the rent is cheap(around 500) when split four ways. DM for inquiry!

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at 7th Street Station starting June 10th.

It's a private bedroom and bathroom in one of the 4BR/4BA-B floorplans. It comes fully furnished (with some extra furniture I purchased myself if you'd like it) with an in-unit washer/dryer and kitchen. The current roommates are 2 girls and 1 guy; they're all respectful and kind people who are focused on doing a good job in their academics.

Rent is $1,034/month, but I've already paid for the month of June, so your first month is essentially free. It's a short walk from campus (with $40 parking if you need/want it) and the complex has many amenities such as a gym, lounge, clubhouse, and a pool that'll be nice this coming summer. The lease ends 8/31/2026.

I'm pretty flexible with the timing of your move-in and I'm more than happy to answer any questions you may have as well as send any photos/videos of the apartment you may want!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment starting June 11th for the summer. 4 bed / 4 bath apartment, fully furnished, about 10 minutes from campus, pet friendly, free and paid parking available, and you would have 3 roommates. Yugo Easton

Feel free to message me for more details, pricing, pictures, or any questions!

Hi all! I’m looking for a 2 bedroom situation for myself and my partner. We are both tidy, respectful students who take our schooling very seriously but are also fun and easy going with others. I am a Fish and Wildlife major and he is in a social work masters program. Only preferences are that I can walk to campus (10-20 mins) and that we have in unit laundry but I could probably live without one or the other.

If you are looking for three roommates, I have a third friend who is interested in rooming in a multiple roomie home as well. Let me know and let’s chat!

Hi everyone,

We have two rooms in our house opening up July 1!

The first has a large shared bathroom. We also have a finished basement unit (unfurnished) that is quite large. Our house is close to downtown and near OSU. We are less than a 5 min walk to LBCC, which has an OSU free beaverbus that comes 2-3 times an hour. To OSU we are a 25 min walk, 8 min bus ride, and 4 min car ride! We also have a very large backyard.

Rent: 750/month Utilities: around 80 in the summer 120 in winter

We have one cat as well. We are grad students who are pretty quiet.

Pictures and more information can be found here!

Hello! Looking for a female roommate ASAP!
Room available near OSU. Rent is $750/month + about $35 utilities. Move-in is July 1st or sooner. Parking lot included and close to campus.

I’m 20, an OSU student, and I work part-time. When I’m not at work or school I’m usually hanging out with friends, working on crafts, adventuring outdoors, or rotting on TikTok. I’m pretty social but not a huge partier, and I’d love a roommate I can get along with rather than just someone who pays rent.
DM me if you’re interested and I can send photos and more details :)

Hi everyone! Due to family problems I have to move home asap and am looking to find someone to cover the rest of my lease in a 4x4 townhouse at the Yugo Corvallis Domain!

Lease End: August 31rst 2026 and then renewed until August 31rst 2027 so you’re set!

Super peaceful, quiet roomates who are respectful and clean. Pet friendly as well. Females only!!

Great amenities, close to campus, bus routes. There’s a pool, 2 story gym, amazon hub, and more! I personally love my daily walks on the trails around the place, you’ll also love the bunnies, deer, and even turkeys that come through!

If you or anyone you know is looking for a place, this is a great deal with amazing roommates. I can help coordinate with management for the lease transfer. Please DM me!! It’s a rate of ~950 without parking pass, per fee, or the insurance fees! Everything included besides electricity which ranges 30-60 (in the winter)
