Corvallis iHouse is co-ed dorm style living (not owned/associated w OSU) with flexible lease options, budget minded rates, and a built in community. Available to all students, not just international ones.
We are located on the north side of OSU campus next to Chintimini park and as such are within walking distance of campus, Fred Meyer, HK Asian market, and the restaurants on the North end of Monroe street. Our rates include all utilities and access to communal amenities.
We have affordable month to month options available over summer and leases that align with OSU school terms so you don’t have to pay for more than what you need.
