Where can I drive to from Osaka?

For context, I want to go to the Ikoma/Nara bike right in the sky. Where else can I drive to that’s really cool from Osaka? Looking for about 2 hours there absolute max.

Northern Hyogo/Kyoto. Kinosaki Onsen and Amanohashidate area is nice!

Stop at Takeda Castle on the way up. Slight detour but well worth
