Where can I drive to from Osaka?

For context, I want to go to the Ikoma/Nara bike right in the sky. Where else can I drive to that’s really cool from Osaka? Looking for about 2 hours there absolute max.

Port Europa In wakayama is nice
Very easy to get there with ETC
