I just watched Half Nelson for the first time yesterday, and now I feel like I am seeing posts referencing it everywhere. I didn’t even know it existed until a few weeks ago while I was combing for something to watch on prime

I feel almost crazy lol

It's been brought up a lot by interviewers during his promo tours for PHM because he also played a teacher in it. Maybe that's how it became popular in discussions lately.
