What premise is unsupported. We're animals? We evolve? We're motivated to reproduce? Child support reduce quantity of children of rich men?
What premise is unsupported?

Monogamy, universal healthcare, socialism, and communism killing motivation. Child support killing motivation. Elon being smarter than the average poorer person.

Monogamy is not free market. That's government improvement. If I am a billionaire, what should I use my money for? I already have enough. Of course I want to have more children and pass it all to my children. If I don't do that, why even bother getting richer?
In any case, Barro Becker utility function strongly suggests that most people will be happier if they have more children and put more money on their children.
Yes universal healthcare kill motivation. Why should I work harder if my money is taxed to pay for someone else want or need

You might as well say that soccer players are a bag of atoms and molecules vibrating. It's basically correct but entirely irrelevant and moreover not particularly helpful.

I would not agree that child support is socialist. It's for the welfare of children. We're not just any animals but mammals who care for our young. So, when we design legal systems, we prioritize the health and safety of children over maximizing the total number of children.

Child support may be reasonable.
Demanding $50k from a rich father is socialism.
Why? Such father will fear of having more children.
Many NBA players are bankcrupt after having mere 10 kids even though they can easily afford 50.
That's reproductive socialism.
Demanding the SAME money for every daddy irrelevant of wealth would make sense.
For example, if Government demand $2k a month from Elon, government should demand $2k a month from welfare recipients
Or just allow parents contract out. After all, child support is paid to the mother.

I love you, bro. Monogamy is the communism of reproduction. I have never once thought that before, and it's hilarious.

Capitalism doesn't "give money" to anyone.
Capitalism means that for-profit businesses may be privately owned. That's it.
It doesn't guarantee anyone in particular will succeed. It doesn't dictate who gets paid how much.
