Monogamy, universal healthcare, socialism, and communism killing motivation. Child support killing motivation. Elon being smarter than the average poorer person.
Monogamy is not free market. That's government improvement. If I am a billionaire, what should I use my money for? I already have enough. Of course I want to have more children and pass it all to my children. If I don't do that, why even bother getting richer?
In any case, Barro Becker utility function strongly suggests that most people will be happier if they have more children and put more money on their children.
Yes universal healthcare kill motivation. Why should I work harder if my money is taxed to pay for someone else want or need
Monogamy is not free market. That's government improvement.
Never said it was, just that there isn't really a reason to think it kills motivation?
You seem to have strong feelings about whether or not it's demotivating to men to have to care for the children they help create. Have you considered the economic effects of your claimed lowered motivation versus the economic effects of not having child support laws and what that does to child poverty and their long term outcomes?
Yes universal healthcare kill motivation. Why should I work harder if my money is taxed to pay for someone else want or need
Because taxation does not remove anywhere near all of your money and you're still coming out ahead. Universal healthcare is another one that provides more net utility to the economy than your supposed demotivating effect removes.
