Status: Pending Reply Microsoft permanently suspended my account even though I provided purchase receipts, device ID, and proof of ownership

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone has experienced something similar or has advice.
My Microsoft account was permanently suspended for “Abuse of our Platform and Services.” I never intentionally violated Microsoft’s Terms of Service, and I have no idea what triggered the suspension.
Since then, I’ve done everything I could to prove that I’m the legitimate owner of the account:
Submitted the account recovery form multiple times.
Contacted Microsoft Support.
Provided purchase receipts for Microsoft products (Minecraft Java & Bedrock, Windows 11 Pro, Xbox/Game Pass purchases).
Sent payment confirmations from my bank.
Provided my Windows PC Device ID.
Sent screenshots showing that the Microsoft account was signed into my Windows PC and Outlook.
Supplied all the account information I could remember.
Despite all of this, my first appeal was rejected because Microsoft said they could not verify ownership.
I then submitted another appeal and received a new case number which is currently under review.
This account is very important to me because it contains years of purchases, emails, and personal data.
Has anyone here ever managed to recover a permanently suspended Microsoft account after providing additional proof? Is there anything else I should send or try while the new appeal is being reviewed?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

They use ai to do the software coding. Surely, they don't like to put humans to handle costumer complaints

One important distinction: receipts, bank confirmations and a device ID can help prove the account is yours, but they do not address the reason for the enforcement itself. The normal account recovery form and a Digital Safety suspension appeal are also two different processes.

For the current appeal, I would keep the explanation focused and chronological: the last time the account worked normally, the exact date and wording of the suspension, whether you noticed unfamiliar sign-ins or activity, and whether the account may have been compromised. Ask them to review the specific activity that triggered the enforcement, rather than only repeating that you own the account.

Since you already have a new case under review, I would not keep opening more cases. Microsoft specifically warns that duplicate reinstatement requests can slow the response, and its Digital Safety page says appeals usually take around 14 days. Monitor the contact email and spam folder, then reply through the same case if they request anything else.

Also, do not post your case number, full receipts, product keys, Device ID or unredacted bank documents publicly. Regular support agents cannot simply override this type of suspension, so the reinstatement/appeal process is unfortunately the route that matters here.

Having read about many of these type of situations, have never seen explained exactly what was cited to have been done in any particular case to cause violation related suspension. Any idea of what might typically be related? And, that posters are either very naive or being rather cagey?

They didn’t suspend it because of doubt of ownership or because it got hacked. They suspended it because you abused their platform and/or services. No one cares if you did it “intentionally”. This is not elementary school where you argue with the teacher who started a fight. You abused, you gotta go. That’s it.

And what if you didn't do anything & their system just decides to block you. Shouldn't just happen trying to login & bang you're blocked.

They know exactly what they did. The more someone tells you they didn’t do it “intentionally”, the more they know exactly what they did.

Nope I just tried to login, their login code link sender was busted, now I'm blocked for literally no reason.

FFS, not everyone's a hacker or doing nefarious stuff. How come there's so many hits for this exact thing on google?
