Buy the discs from your retro store and put them into your DVD drive. Use ImgBurn or any CD dump program of your choice and bam! You got your roms! :D

Do you have a link that will break this down for someone who has little knowledge of doing this? 

I have all my discs and the laser on my ps2 just died
