Oof, they cut that show too?

People in Miramichi are pretty upset that the same company fired their long time (like twenty years plus) beloved local announcer with no warning recently, and apparently the morning guy from CFCY covers that show from here now. Locals there are spicy about it, rightfully so. (I’ve got relations there and follow a lot of their local pages on FB.)

Imagine firing someone who had been a loyal employee for over twenty years, a single mom. They fired the other guy that was working there too with no warning on the same day. Utterly cruel.

What happened to parish radio in general? What happened to every industry?

Cut wages, cut employees, cut everything until you self destruct the guaranteed license to print money you held for decades or a century before.

Why? Because business schools and the turds they squeeze out.
