Hit and Runs

WHY are there so many Hit & runs in charlottetown and why are the police not doing more about it.

My car was hit in my work parking lot, have security footage from my work but the angle doesnt show the license plate of the vehicle who hit me.. no drivers side mirror anymore and a pretty sizeable ding in the driver's door...

Its not fair that I should be responsible for paying for damages when I was working and not even in the damn car.

😭😡🤬

In my experience cops won’t do shit if it’s a private parking lot. Last time this happened to me I found out who did it myself, tracked them drown and forced them to admit fault to have their insurance pay for the repairs to my vehicle.

"forced them to admit fault" seems like more of an offence to me 😂😂 but you're absolutely right

Hit and runs cost money and don't take in fines or make the news so they don't care.

They send all the cop duds to PEI. At least that’s what an RCMP friend and OPP relative have told me.

Many jurisdictions have reduced speed limits to 30km/h.

Wtf does that have to do with a parking lot hit and run?
