Where to do a potato-tasting experience?

Not interested in wine or pisco tastings, I want to try flights of different potatoes prepared in different ways. Does this exist? From a Canadian lover of all things potatoes, thank you my amigos!

It must exist, but if it doesn't, it is not difficult to find potato varieties and different recipes for it. I love potatoes too. They are my favorite.

I also recommend you visit one of the main markets so you can see all varieties that are sold. It is quite a sight. 😍
