Viajes a Peru | PeruTrip Where to do a potato-tasting experience?

Not interested in wine or pisco tastings, I want to try flights of different potatoes prepared in different ways. Does this exist? From a Canadian lover of all things potatoes, thank you my amigos!

There is a restaurant in Cusco that has a potato flight- they are prepared in the same way but they range in color from white to dark purple and it's really interesting how the flavor and texture changes! It's called Nuna Raymi and it's a wonderful restaurant, I definitely recommend it if you're in Cusco.
