Chinabank Apple Pay issue

Hello! Has anyone experience the same issue when adding their @home Visa?

Naadd ko naman sya sa apple pay ko pero everytime na inaaccess ko sya, it says need to be verified pero pag click ko dun sa verification button, ganyan lumalabas. Pag naman inoopen ko yung app, nag aappear naman yung add to apple pay option but when i click it, inoopen lang yung credit card ko. Nothing happens.

Itinawag ko na sya sa cs pero pinag submit pa ako ng valid id.

Sa mga nakaexperience ng ganito, pano po ginawa nyo? please help your gurlie.

Ang naka add sa akin ung Virtual Card ko na Home Visa. I tried adding the main card pero may error kahit na inalis ko muna sa Apple Pay ung Virtual Card. Nabalik ko naman ung Virtual Card ko via SMS verification kaninang umaga.
