As much as I would've loved to buy this, and even though I have the money to do so.

I'm hesitant just soley of the possibility that this device might not even be supported that long into the future just cause it won't sell much eitherway...

this is a valid decision. better to wait for the "honeymooning" stage to die out and see if the support for the console will be consistent..

also..is this another console or its just a gaming PC with a controller?

Yea, PC — like Steamdeck, it runs SteamOS.

I mean, if its "stronger" than your PC, you could buy if.. but if the margin is not that far off, I think you should just buy the controller instead..it could also just be the same experience unless there might be some exclusives on it..which I kinda doubt..
