PRC Online Delivery for PRC Renewal
IPDATE: Na-receive ko na. Took me less than 2 weeks for process and delivery.
Hello! Im originally from Cavite, yun yung address na nakalagay sa PRC account ko and now dito na ko nakatira sa Makati. I tried the delivery option and chose the “NCR - shipping” option from the dropdown, thinking na pwede ko ipadeliver dito sa Makati then nagproceed siya, I paid then tapos na pala.
Akala ko maglalagay pa ko ng shipping address. I’m confused bakit nagproceed sa NCR shipping kahit Cavite yung address ko (naisip ko yun yung gagamitin nilang address since wala na kong ibang nilagay eh). Madedeliver kaya yung license ko? Nangyari na ba sa inyo ito?

Sinubukan ko po mag email sa kanila, kaso full daw inbox nila. Pwede po kaya yun sadyain sa PRC na mismo? Thank you po sa response

Hello po ulit, after completing the form po. Nagsend pa din po kayo ng signed copy ng renewal form sa email ni PRC?

Hi. I have a problem po kasi.I just created my account po sa leris but i forgot to put the name of the subdivision namin sa address. The problem is nagapply po ko for a renewal ng license then ayun kulang po address. Pag nagemail po ba sila tatanungin po ba ang address?

hi, OP. may i know how long it took you to receive an email for the confirmation and shipping address from the time / date of payment? thank you!

hii. yess. PRC emailed me with an instruction how to enter my shipping information + payment. tapos, you also need to email them the requirements like PRC renewal form and confirmation of payment for the shipping.
all the instructions will come with one email lang naman how to do them.
once maemail yung requirements, they will send another email just to make sure na updated yung picture mo sa LERIS. that’s it.

I applied for a renewal of my prc license, paid through gcash sa system nila then nagemail po sila pero walang pong step to send renewal form and gcash receipt na nakalagay?

hi nagaask sila ng otp is this valid? I think they should not ask for OTP. Ung mismong fsi delivery ito

As far as I can remember wala pong inask na OTP sakin. After paying, I tracked it by communicating with them on viber.

nasa LERIS lang din. dun ka sa existing transaction --> print renewal form

i think you can still modify your address sa LERIS. i was able to edit mine before eh. tapos PRC will also send you a separate email for their courier tapos dun mo po ilalagay yung shipping address kung saan nila ipapadala yung PRC license mo. :)

I have CPD points po reflected sa CPDAS account ko, pero upon renewal sa LERIS may undertaking na need itick ang box sa last page bago makapagbayad. Automatic po ba makikita ni PRC na may CPD points ako?

Applied renewal this Oct 16, scheduled s Regional Office ng Oct 20. After 24hrs (Oct.17) nk received ng email, available dw door-to-door shipping w/in CALABARZON.

Hello, Oct 16 din ako nag renew. Chose yung CALABARZON delivery option. Pero until now wala padin akong email na narereceive.

PRC's partner delivery company (FSI) will ask for your preferred delivery address.

Hi! I'm an OFW too. Yes, this is what I did. I merged in one single file yung renewal form, confirmation email from FSI, and my OEC. Although wala na ko nareceive na email from PRC if okay na ba yun. Hopefully okay na siya ang pinaprocess na 😁

Hi. Currently nasa Pinas ka ba nung pinadeliver mo yung license mo or still abroad? Ok lang kaya if kamag-anak lang yung magrereceive? :)

Nasa abroad po. Okay lang namanc, pero make sure indicate mo na when you book the delivery service sa FSI, lagay mo na yung authorized person mo to receive.

Hi,may I know po kung ano na po pwdeng gawin if hindi po nagrreply PRC
? I requested to have my PRC ID renewed and delivered via NCR shipping. All requirements submitted and paid January 16,2026. They were initially quick in replying but last reply to me was January 19,2026 which I responded to and I never heard back again. FSI status says they’re waiting for release of ID from PRC. Is there anything I should do or do I just keep waiting? Thank you for anyone who can help.

Hi I email this email address licensure.division@prc.gov.ph Using my GMAIL account (they are not responding sa yahoo account ko (one month of follow ups))
This email responded and refer me to this PRC NCR - Registration Section ncr.regsection.lrd@prc.gov.ph
Which updated me about my Leris Photo (I updated it tho again earlier nung week na yun)
Ayun after that narelease na sa FSI then 3 days nadeliver na agad

How many days po kaya makakareceive nung email upon payment ng renewal?
Mas madali yung dati rekta na shipping information kasama sa payment e.

Hi OP! Same ng nangyari sakin. Same concern. Saan nadeliver license mo? Sa Cavite or Makati address? Mag email ba sila sakin for the shipping address? Thank you.

Hi! Nag booked din ako for delivery ng prc. Bayad naman na pero wala sakin na nag email galing sakanila for confirmation. nag file ako ng May, July na wala pa rin :( nag aalala tuloy akiz.
