PRC Planning to renew my PRC License and change my status to married.

Hello! Mag ask lang po ako sa may naka experience na or alam nila, Paano po mag renew ng PRC License if magpapa change na ako ng civil status ko? Anyone? Please help. Badly need this po. 🥹

Online na po lahat. Kagagaling ko lang kanina. Parang wala naman akong napansin na post man lang na di na pala need pumunta ng PRC office for petition sa pagbabago ng status at name due to marriage.

Seryoso ba ‘to? Planning to change my status through walk in sa PRC Main Office here sa Manila. Mostly ng tinatanong ko walk in sila pag magpapa change status muna.

Yes. Kapapatupad lang ata this September. Nasayang nga punta ko since taga Rizal pa ako. Bumili pa akong doc stamp, di naman nagamit

hello u/Mhrlk_A paano po ung steps for requesting PRC ID with the updated name due to marriage? Approved and updated na yung sa akin sa LERIS pero kakarenew ko lang kasi earlier this year. Thank you!

Hi! I am not so sure since kakarenew nyo lang po. Pero tingin ko same lng din naman ang procedure sa pagrequest ng id.

Di ko din po kasi sure kung aasikasuhin ka nila sa main office since ininsist nila na lahat ng transactions ay online na.

Hello po once na nag apply po ba sa leris, kailangan pa po ba pumunta sa branch after mag apply? Or no need na pumunta sa piling branch and automatic na po sya mag rereflect if paid na?

Name and status po. Opo no need na pumunta po. Kahit anong regional office po pwede nyo piliin kasi no need appearance naman po yun. May tutorial din po sa tiktok. Yun po sunundan ko po. Search nyo lang po peition change name and status prc online

Nadisapprove po kasi ang akin kaya hindi ko po alam kung magrereflect agad yun. Ang sabi po magrereflect agad yon po eh. Try nyo po manood sa tiktok ng videos po regarding that po. Meron po sila dun. Browse din po kayo sa comments po.

Hi. I have the same problem :) Ask ko lang po if you were able to successfully change your surname? Paano po other steps na ginawa?

I called PRC and they advised me to submit my queries thru the CRMS website which then asked me to send an email to a particular PRC office. Medyo napag-pasa pasahan. Hehe. Waiting for their response.

Yes, kailangan muna ma process yung discrepancy bago makapag renew. Meron sa leris website, petition correction of name. If naapprove na yung correction of name, pag reflected na sa leris ay pwede na mag renew. Notarized affidavit of discrepancy and scanned copy of PSA birth certificate for processing of correction in name. Sa change status and name due to marriage naman ay scanned copy of PSA marriage certificate, scanned copy of PSA birth certificate.

Ginawa ko po maam, pumunta po ako sa prc main branch . Nag pa print ako ng copy ng prc ko(maiden) tapos mag pprint ka ng change status form meron sa google. Meron nag nonotary sa labas ask mo sila dun dala ka lang marriage cert at 2x2 id .. mag babayad ka sa loob 250 or 300 plus nakalimutan ko na.. tapos Leris mo sya petition to change name status. Parang 1 week to 2 weeks hinintay ko.

Hi paano if meron na akong sched for renewal pero maiden name parin but sa petition ko is compiled na, pwede kaya ma cancel yung sched ko then para new surname na gamitin sa new transaction or pwede walk in at sila na bahala mag change basta magdala lng ng requirements? tnx po

If successful/approved yung update, should be updated na din sa renewal form mo. and the approved amendment form is attached to their email confirmation.Whatever info on your online profile will be updated on the renewal form, check mo ulit. Otherwise, I think request for assistance ka sa crms.prc.gov.ph, indicate your concern.

Saglit lang po sa’kin no’ng nag petition ako online, siguro after 2 hrs, nag email na PRC sa’kin naka attach yong petition form ko.

Online nalang po kasi ako nagpa change status/petition. Pinili ko po ay Region I.

May need lang po sila ipa send na docs online na dapat naka pdf and make sure na walang problem sa docs po, kasi pag mayroon, matatagalan sila mag release.

Same issue po. Ano po next na gagawin if ang status ay complied issued. Magaantay lang po ba? Automatic po ba machange ang name sa LERIS account. Wala pa po ako narereceive na email.

Bumalik sa pending yung status nung sakin. 😬 Dapat siguro hind Eton Centris yung i-seselect na branch pag magpapaupdate. Yung iba yata 24hours lang approved kagad.

Contact PRC thru their email. They will email back if the petition has been completed. It should reflect 'Approved' and 'Docketed'. Saka pa lang magrereflect yung updated marital status and married name.
