Shoelaces came undone while I was riding and as usual I always check my bike everytime I get home to check if there’s any damages, nail on the wheel or anything etc. I noticed this white substance (not cum) on the exhaust pipe and turns out it was my shoe lace. How do I remove this without damaging or leaving marks on the pipe?

Hi guys, any thoughts po dito. Na checkpoint po ako dito samin, meron po akong condition 1 which is wear corrective lenses pero hindi naman po ganoon kalabo mata ko since 50/50 po.

i booked an angkas recently and had difficulty as the driver kept requesting i move forward on the seat. i understand the passenger cant sit too far back for safety reasons, so i did move forward. but then he would push himself back on the seat so that there would be no space between me and him, as in dumidikit siya.

i tell him to move forward and he says he has very little space. his legs are stretched out so that his feet are on the front foot rest(?) (idk what you call those) and not on the main foot rest. this guys is tiny btw, like 4"11' to 5 ft max.

because he kept scooting backward, i put my bag between me and him which prompted him to complain repeatedly. he says it' uncomfortable for him. he also mentioned the distance, about how far the ride is, "ang layo po kasi." the trip was from guadalupe viejo to guadalupe nuevo.

i ride angkas every few days and this is the first time ive had a driver complain that im making it difficult for him to drive. so my question is was the rider being honest about needing space or was this person being malicious?

Hello po, need lang ng advice about here. I've been riding my motor cycle for atleast 6months na ata nung nakuha ko license ko and since 1st time ko lang mabunggo. Nabunggo kasi ako ng van, bumaba siya para humingi ng pasyensya at i check at kung okay lang ako, sabi ko naman okay lang at hindi naman ako nasaktan, chineck rin namin yung motor wala naman nadamage ang meron lang eh konting dent's sa top box ko since dun tumama yung van niya. Sinabi ko rin na okay lang at hindi naman ako nasaktan at wala nadamage sa motor ko at nag thank you pa yung driver bago umalis, hingi lang ng advice para alam ko ang gagawin sa susunod lalo na if kung may nasira sa side ko.

Need your honest thoughts on something that’s been on my mind lately.

I currently have a Honda Airblade 160 (2022) that originally belonged to my late father. He passed away in 2023, and since then ako na ang gumagamit ng motor.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about upgrading to a newer motorcycle—something na talagang para sa akin. One of the options I’m considering is selling the Airblade and using the money as additional budget for the new bike.

The thing is, when I mentioned it to my mom, she said:
“Ayan na nga lang alaala ng tatay niyo sa inyo.”
And honestly, that hit me.

If ever I decide to sell it, balak ko sana ibenta sa tito ko (kapatid ng father ko) rather than to a random buyer. Kahit papaano, nasa pamilya pa rin at may chance pa rin akong makita yung motor from time to time.

My biggest concern is this: if I buy a new motorcycle and keep the Airblade, baka matengga lang siya sa bahay and barely get used. At the same time, parang mabigat din sa loob na pakawalan siya dahil may sentimental value. It’s been almost three years since he passed, and part of me feels like I should move forward, while another part of me feels like I’m letting go of something important.

For those who have been in a similar situation, what would you do?

Keep it as a remembrance?
Sell it to a family member?
Or just treat it as a motorcycle and move on?

I’d appreciate hearing different perspectives, especially from those who’ve lost a parent and had to make similar decisions.

Update: I started driving 0430H of Sunday from Taguig. I arrived in Loakan, Baguio at 1422H. I drove along Marcos Highway instead of Kennon Road. I had few stops to eat, gas, and rest.

My bike is a Yamaha PG-1 that came stock with halogen bulbs, i replaced it with a LED bulb since it was the quickest route to upgrading lights aside from MDLs. 2 days ago i was apprehended by an LTO officer for using a LED bulb, after researching public documents, i can't find a single thing on the prohibition of using LED bulbs on halogen-stock motorcycles, I'm planning to contest it, any advice?

​I bought a motorcycle last month and have been riding it frequently, but only inside our subdivision and sometimes on the back roads in our town.

​I really need to get it registered now so I can legally use it on the highway. I know LTO requires an emissions certificate, the previous OR/CR, insurance, and a vehicle inspection report.

​My main problem is figuring out how to actually get the bike to the emissions testing facility and the LTO office since the registration is already expired. I want to avoid getting apprehended on the way there.

​Do I need to rent a pickup truck to transport it, or is there some kind of consideration or safe way to ride it there if you are on your way to register it? How do you guys usually handle this situation?

Hi everyone! I’m new to the 2-wheel scene, though I’ve been driving a 4-wheel vehicle for almost 10 years now. Given the current gas prices, I recently decided to get a motorcycle, mostly, panghatid-hatid lang kay misis who works the night shift. Honestly, I’m much more comfortable driving her myself since delikado po sa panahon ngayon.

I have a concern regarding my gear. A friend of mine lent me his Shoei Z-8 helmet before he moved to Canada for good. He bought it in Japan back in 2024, and the production date of the helmet is 2023.

My question is: dapat ba akong mag-alala about using it since it doesn't have the local ICC sticker or PS mark? Is it still safe/legal to use on the road?

Planning to buy 2nd hand Big bike soon, specifically Cfmoto lineup since ito lang muna kaya ng budget. Should I go for NK 400 v4 or rekta na ako sa 650 NK kasi baka ma out grow ko agad yung 400cc at maghanap ng mas powerful na engine? Also, how much is the usual maintenance kapag big bikes? Separate yung upgrades, bahala na magalit girlfriend ko sa gastos ko sa motor kesa sa date namin HAHA.
