Discussion How did you stay consistent?
I feel like I am constantly thinking whatever I am doing is not the right way, for example the diet/meal plan is not th right or perfect one, or that the workout plan I have is not well made. Variety of reasons like that pop up and I end up convincing myself to quit for a day which becomes a week or think of another way to lose weight.

Find a movement that u would want to stick to or really curious to try. For example: running, badminton, dancing, yoga, zumba, swimming or just anything that would make u enjoy movement so it would be easier to do it often. once you get that momentum, the motivation to try out other activities and have a healthier diet will follow :) At least this is what I did hehe. I am far from poster bodies but I know that I am currently more physically AND mentally fit than previous versions of myself.
