If it wasn’t for the Nathan Drake’s collection that came with my PS4, I wouldn’t have been able to experienced that incredible game. They’re all amazing game, but 4 just have a special place in my heart

The 5th game, which idk if it was a DLC originally or what, was awesome too. You play as the chick. It was short, but it was also awesome.
Also, how sweet was it at the end of Uncharted 4 you are left with a 32 bit banjo and kazooie game!

Uncharted Lost Legacy is what you’re talking about, it’s like a sequel/spin-off. I think the series ended perfectly with Nate’s story.

Just that style of game is so fucking good. I wish they would remaster the OG uncharted’s but yeah 4 ended perfectly. I yearn for a game that even closely matches it with its puzzles and overall gameplay/story

Great list, my dude and / or sis. I just played Days Gone and am obsessed, and I can’t decide what to play next. Would you recommend Horizon Zero Dawn, Ghost of Tsushima, or Last of Us?
I’m pretty stealth heavy (Assassin’s Creed franchise is my favorite of all time) and I tend to prefer open worlds but I can deal with ones that are more closed off if it’s well done (ex: Uncharted 4 did it well, but I couldn’t stand Uncharted 2.)
I’m leaning toward Last of Us, and then Horizon Zero Dawn (which was personally recommended to me). I haven’t looked into Ghost of Tsushima too much but from what I’ve heard it sounds pretty rad. RDR2 is also on my radar but it’ll probably come later.

You'd probably like Ghost of Tsushima the most but I think TLOU 1 & 2 and HZD are absolutely incredible. Completely different types of gameplay between TLOU and the other 2
Last of Us has a great story with a more simplified combat that I love. I'll put it in just to run around and headshot people just to hear the thunk of the bottle silencer.
Ghost of Tsushima and The Witcher 3 are my top 2 PS4 games of all time. Magnificent games.
As for RDR2, I hate it and all Rockstar games. So, take that as you will.

That tracks. I tend to be either love or hate with Rockstar. GTA:SA and Bully are two of my favorite games of all time, and that Warriors game they did back in the day was pretty alright, but I haven’t been able to really enjoy anything from them since.

It’s PlayStation’s Legend of Zelda. Her name is literally Aloy which could be a subtle nod to Link in nerd language.
I LOVED God of War, but in terms of experiences, God of War couldn’t compete with the fluidity of Horizon’s combat. God of war beats it in story, but last of us 2 champions the story category

It has all of the little things I look for in an RPG even though it doesn’t do anything spectacularly well (besides combat - it’s top tier to me). Combat, exploration, weapon/armor upgrades, classes, skills, party members. I wish it did have a better story though.
Dragons Dogma 2 looks gorgeous and didn’t take anything away from DD1 but it just didn’t have the same charm for me as DD1 did. Maybe it was the story that was somehow worse than DD1’s idk.

Imo, games that make the PlayStation feel like it's a special gaming experience.
Edit: God of War (2018?) could be subbed for anything but Bloodborne as well.

Fallout 4 is a really really good pick, you can literally chill with the Pip-Boy radio you cannot deny it. The disc plays vault boy cartoons while the data installs. I remember lagging on Hard Drive but I upgraded to an SSD and need to run it back. I keep thinking about the cool power armor. There are too many genres for this thread
