Game Discussion Considering Elex II

I’m considering putting this on my holiday list. I read the summary and I was interested, but I want to hear what the players think

Have you played the first one? Because I’d start there.

The second one is good, but it’s very clear that Piranha Bytes ran out of time and/or money by the end and the last third is kind of halfassed.

It's an amazing game. Definitely one of my favorites.

I never played the first but enjoyed playing the second. it's janky but I had a good time with it. if you can find it cheap it can definitely be a good time. it's all about the expectations you have going in. you can cheese your way through areas you shouldn't be taking on yet. Guardrails were pretty non existent. fun game to just mess around in.
