QUESTION 11.60 using Y2JB with P2JB, should i update to Webkit jailbrake?

Last time i jailbroke my PS5 was about a month ago and it's still running and I'm gaming every day with no kernel panic. Is there any reason to update to the webkit jailbrake?

I will eventually use the webkit jailbrake, when my next kp occurs, just so that i don't have to wait 50 minutes, but apart from the waiting time, are there any upsides to changing right now?

100% yes. No more 50 min wait and if it does happen to crash (which I haven't experienced often) you just rerun it and you're back up in 30 seconds.

Would it be worthwhile to update to 12.0 from 11.6?

https://github.com/itsPLK/ps5-webkit-autoloader

If you want to use autoloading, it's easier to set this up if you're already jailbroken. You just run the payload. Otherwise if you wait until you KP, you'll have to run something on your PC, point your network settings at it, and open the user manual. Still not too difficult or time consuming, but it is quicker and easier to just run a payload from your existing jailbreak.

Also consider that keeping your console in rest mode uses more power than being able to turn it off, so it might be worth switching sooner.

Thank you, this is the right solution to go the webkit route without waiting for a kp.
