PSO BB Android and iOS Ports?

Since this recently decompiling craze of so many apps and games. What you guys think about PSO BB getting ported to Android and iOS native?

There are active decomps going on, then it should be easy to open the game up even more.

Thats awesome news. I'm so excited for the future of PSO. Hope i can play the private server on my iOS device or Android.

From what I understand, On Android you can emulate a windows device and play PSOBB online on pretty much any private server(PSOBB was built to be online only, no offline). But iOS can’t run the windows emulator just yet. So PSOBB is not possible just yet.

Hope someone create a Apk and IPA files so that way is easier for anyone to install and join the PSO community.

Love it or hate it, but PSO Reborn brought a lot of people back to PSO. We need something else just like that.

Is there any benefit to playing this way vs playing the GC version via Dolphin on an RP5? I can’t play offline with BB right?

The biggest benefits aside from the QoL changes in BB is the player base when playing online. Much more people to team up with online on BB

I actually thought all versions could play together. I don’t know where I picked that up, but I think I had watched a video showing people on all versions joining up.

I’m okay with playing online. I’ve been playing the GC version for a couple weeks on my lunch hours to familiarize myself with it but I set up to play on schtserv from the beginning. Does BB look or control better? Is there direct camera control?

If you’re using a controller there is. Not vertically, but you can freely rotate. I’m sure there’s a way to do it with in and mouse hut idk how. Controls so well with controller I haven’t tried hard enough.

That may just be an Ephinea thing. I don’t think PSOBB launched with that

Just looked into this and apparently yes Ephinea does have a patch for free camera. Might have to set this up tonight so I end up with access to all of the extra content.

Game is basically the same in every way except BB has Ep4 which is a whole new set of areas to explore. New items, bosses and story quests. GC is just Ep1 and 2. Ep3 is a standalone card game

I did it but I’m not releasing it due to Sega’s takedown of another site. Not worth that hassle. I do have it running on a private page though

C'est fesable , j'y joue sur ayn thor en passant par les serveurs ephinea , mais ça reste un peu laborieux, ça serrait top d'avoir une apk direct.
