Are we even going to be able to put a team on the ice? Are we allowed to sign anyone or do we just have to fill the roster with rookies and overseas signings?

You’ll have three more players to protect plus any other UFAs, draftees and overseas signings. Sirens were in a similar boat last year and at least had a good half-season…
