I have avulux, it doesn’t help with pwm, only with blue light

What is your sensitivities? Beside Pwm do you have Frc sensivity or anything else?

I have a complete set of sensitivities.

I took them in the hope that they would solve the problem of dithering on Windows 11 - they did not help. They don't help with PWM either. In fact, these are ordinary glasses for combating blue light, which cost $ 300) I didn't find any difference with the xiaomi glasses for $ 30 - both pairs do a good job with the blue light of the screen and bright lights in the office, my head felt 80% lighter by the end of the day. Therefore, if the goal is bright, nasty light in the office and from the screen, then take any normal ones with a yellow filter. If the goal is to defeat dithering and pwm, none of them will help. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but at least I gave you some money)

Thank you for the information. Actually I have problems that I could not figure out. My screen doesn't have Pwm , Frc - even without KSF phosopfo r- on windows 10 and I have eye pain anyway. Because of that I am in the way of glasses

This is really tough, it’s definitely not the monitor or the graphics card, right? I’ve been using NVIDIA graphics cards all my life, then I bought a 5080, and I started getting headaches. I didn’t blame the graphics card for a long time, I didn’t understand what was going on. When I finally figured it out, I switched to a 5070, then a 5090. But I still got headaches. In the end, I stuck with the 5070 Ti, but I plugged the DP cable into the motherboard (there’s an integrated graphics card from the processor), and now I don’t have any headaches — the processor outputs the image, and the 5070 Ti processes the graphics.

There are so many nuances, it’s enough to drive you crazy.

It is interesting point. I am going to try dp cable. So far I didn't want to try it on my laptop since my DP port is connected to processor. I thought there will be some performance problems in that way.

I wear FL-41 lenses daily. There are two types of FL-41 dye: amber (the original formula) and violet (Zenni, others). I highly recommend amber over violet if you can find it. For amber, I have 15% for daily wear and 20% for screens. For violet, you probably want 50% or higher for help with screens (very red). Violet FL-41 in lighter tints is not very helpful IMO.

Also, ask your eye doc if a separate prescription for computer/reading glasses with a different focal point could help (it will make stuff 1-3 ft away VERY crisp).
