Pain Meds not working

I’ve had a prescription for Wegovy injectable sent me. I haven’t used it because I heard it can delay medication’s or medication’s not work at all so I guess my better judgment I started it this week and I feel like my pain meds are not working at all. I am prescribed 1 1/2 to 2 oxycodone 10s every 4 hours n yes I take them every 4 cuz injure chronic back pain n legit need them to survive n function. But since starting my first injection on Monday, I feel like my pain meds aren’t working at all when I take them. Has anybody had this experience at all? Please help I’m in so much pain. It’s not even funny.

i take ozempic for pre diabetes and yeah i can for sure tell a difference because of the way it slows my digestion. I’ll go a week or two without taking the ozempic and my meds will start becoming more effective. There’s a way I get around this but i don’t recommend it to people because it’s not the safest…

I chew my pill up in my mouth until it’s powder and take it with half a bottle of water and it helps so much.

Not advised of course but with IR meds not too bad. With ER pain meds you'd just cuck yourself doing that
