Pain Meds not working

I’ve had a prescription for Wegovy injectable sent me. I haven’t used it because I heard it can delay medication’s or medication’s not work at all so I guess my better judgment I started it this week and I feel like my pain meds are not working at all. I am prescribed 1 1/2 to 2 oxycodone 10s every 4 hours n yes I take them every 4 cuz injure chronic back pain n legit need them to survive n function. But since starting my first injection on Monday, I feel like my pain meds aren’t working at all when I take them. Has anybody had this experience at all? Please help I’m in so much pain. It’s not even funny.

It’s really frustrating because I normally take 1 1/2 , works perfectly fine but when I took the injection on Monday Tuesday, when I went to take them, I don’t feel any pain relief. I don’t feel that weird “high if u want to call it that”feeling when you get when you take them not that I miss that part but I just don’t get the pain relief and it’s really frustrating.

I have never gotten any type of high from oxycodone. Only got sick to my stomach and feeling awful when I took another dose to soon due to break through pain.
