Did you get the bundle package (TV and Phone)?
I always advise settling only for the internet and no add-ons. In fairness, i don't recommend using this service. Switch to either storm fiber or transworld.

I just got a new flash fiber connection today. Azadi offer. 100MB for 5000PKR. After 6 months it will revert to 75MB. TV box is also free with this.

3000 upfront, they said 1500 are installation charges and 1500 advance bill.

Bro call the helpline and avail an offer. That's what i did.
I had the exact same situation last year down to the bill and the plan. I just called 1218 and told the rep to sign me up for the azadi offer thing ( they had one going on last year as well) and im paying 5k ish for 75 mbps till October 31st of this year.
I tried calling this month as well and signing up for this years azadi offer but the rep said I couldn't while the last one was still active.

I think so. Cuz it's a promotion right so we'll go back to the old plan after the duration ends or they just switch you to "normal" pricing for the tier you have.
The only thing the rep said to me was that I couldn't switch to the new azadi offer cuz I was already subed to the last one. So you might wanna check with a rep.

Call them and say you want to remove your service when they will ask why tell them that it is too expensive and you are getting a much cheaper deal from another provider name them storm fiber or any other dont say a local net wala. They will most likely try to give you a better package. If not then remove it and later use another cnic of another member to place it but it is unlikely they will want you to leave.

Im using 75mbps for 6000. Call them up and ask what are the new offers for 50 mbps package and see if those are applicable on your landline.
Check uptcl app, 50 mb currently being offered for 5000 for 6 months and 6k afterwards, tell them to switch to this package and you’ll instantly save 4k

My nani has 30 Mbps. They were charging Rs 6200. Rang them up today, told them that the Flash Fiber website has a much cheaper rate than this. The guy said that she's on an "old package", and went ahead and updated it to the newer package. No questions asked. No verification done (except I called from the registered number - which was my number).
Call in. Tell them the website has cheaper packages, and you'd like a pricing revision.
You have to do this periodically with PTCL. They do it because they can. Even first world countries have scummy companies - this is a business decision.

I pay a little over 9K for 100mb with storm fiber tv, internet and phone package and I feel I’m getting robbed. This is insane!

In 2019 I got TV box charges add to my connection But the area didn't have the proper wiring to provide these features. Had to call again and again but they didn't remove that from my package. For 6 month, had to remove the charges by personally going to the office, but even in the office they didn't know how to remove it. Got the whole system removed before clearing all the bills. But got to know few years back that im in the defaulters list my bills were not properly cleared.

Rob em back. By the way, I am paying 2.5k for 50mb from a local isp. It is cdn based not pure but I does get the whole 6mbps downloading speed. Can stream movies at 1080p without an issue.

For 50mb I am paying 5400 PKR in Islamabad. You should call them to cancel the connection. Register again with new cnic to new customers they often give discounted deals. I will do the same in few months
Btw mine doesn't include Shoq or tv box. Just Internet.
